I'm a life lover and passionate water woman.

I've spent my life trying to understand what it is that lights my fire.

One day I looked at the sign which said

'your dream job does not exist you must create it' so I did.

I connect with people in a way that lets them feel heard and accepted.

My gift is honesty and compassion for your journey.

Elisha Caulfield

Neurodivergent Educator

Elisha is a neurodivergent educator passionate about accessibility and identity. She brings her unique perspective to life through consultations, guest speaking, and personal mentoring.

Her deep connection to Autism and ADHD informs her work as much as her professional experience in education, disability support, and creative arts therapy. Elisha thrives in environments open to growth and ready to evolve from the insights of lived experience.
